1. Sponsor
uSource Technology, Inc., 3808 World Houston Parkway, Houston, Texas 77032 (the "Sponsor").
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold a uSource Buyer account.
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of uSource Technology, Inc., Pros registered on the uSource Hub platform, and members of the household or immediate family of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m., Houston local time (America/Chicago) (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. The Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeping device.
5. How to Enter
There is only one way to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win the prize.
Survey entry: complete the uSource customer survey during the Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Duplicate entries will be removed before the drawing. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries made through multiple or fraudulent accounts, are void.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a uSource Service Credit with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $250.00 USD.
The prize is issued to the winner's uSource Buyer account as a unique redemption code restricted to that account and is applied by the winner at checkout toward the price of eligible services booked through uSource Hub. No minimum purchase is required. Where a booking uses less than the full value, a new code is issued for the remaining balance, so that the full $250 may be used across multiple bookings.
The prize expires 12 months from the date of award. It may not be applied to fees or to taxes. It may not be combined with any other promotional code on the same booking. It is not transferable, has no cash value (Outside the uSource platform), and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Where a booking that used the prize is cancelled or refunded, the prize amount applied to that booking is forfeited and is not reissued.
No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
At the close of the Entry Period the entry list will be frozen and de-duplicated. One (1) winner and two (2) alternates will be selected in a single random drawing conducted by a third-party verifiable method, within ten (10) business days of the close of the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry. The winner must confirm eligibility within seven (7) days of the notification being sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate, following the same process.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes arising from the prize. The Sponsor may require the winner to sign an eligibility affidavit and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner's first name and last initial in connection with these Sweepstakes, without further compensation.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes is collected and handled in accordance with the uSource Privacy Notice, available on the uSource website. Survey responses are not used in, and have no bearing on, the selection of the winner.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, enters through duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or otherwise acts in breach of the uSource Hub Terms of Service. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to these Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. The arbitration agreement in the uSource Hub Terms of Service / Buyer Agreement controls the process for resolving disputes arising out of or relating to these Sweepstakes.
12. Winner Requests
For the name of the winner, send a request to help@usource.com with the subject line "Survey Sweepstakes Winner" within 30 days of the close of the Entry Period.
